Hi! My name is Tabby Wade. I teach 8th grade Com. Arts. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Southwest Baptist University and my Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Missouri State University. I began my Fairview career as a middle school special education teacher in 2001. I loved working with these students and enjoyed helping them to learn and to believe in the successful ability within themselves. I taught in this department for six years before moving to a regular education communication arts position teaching eighth grade. For the past 10 years, I have taught a variety of 6th-8th grade communication arts classes. I LOVE middle schoolers! I am passionate about them! They are so unique and so full of energy. They are learning so much about self and the world around them during this time. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of their life journey!

I have been married for 33 years to my wonderful husband, Rodney. We have 3 married children and 7 amazing grandchildren. My family is the greatest gift and blessing in my life. We enjoy Sunday lunches, church, ballgames, trips, and playing outside together. In a nutshell, the Wades tend to “move as a school of fish” as we do most things together. It can be crazy! I call it “My Crazy Good Life” J In my down time, I enjoy junking, decorating, reading, and binge watching Criminal Minds with my husband.
